Sharon DeSouza Sharon grew up in Mississauga, Ontario and has maintained strong ties to her homeland of Nairobi, Kenya. In school she focused on Business Management and Math for Commerce and Telecommunications. Finding work has always been easy for Sharon, especially in the Call Center management ranks. She is also very active in her community. Sharon has always brought a high level of persistence to her participation, whether as a Call Center manager, a process and change management champion, event director, or now, in Business Development for Edge Associated. Sharon's stand in life is Dedicated Contributor. She joined Edge Associated as a Sales Representative in October 2000 and has developed the following strategies to express her stand: As a Sales Representative, she supports corporate decision-makers in getting clear on the value for their organization, as well as their own personal value, in using the services of Edge Associated. Her fearlessness and desire to influence people are an asset here. In the area of Business Development, she prepares and targets new territories for the expansion efforts of Ege Associated. Her strong ability to network and persistence in following up with people come in handy as we join new Board of Trades and Chambers of Commerce throughout the province. As a Program Leader, Sharon has a desire to build her skills in this area, focusing on youth programs in the future. |
